Denver’s Bad Bitch Intimacy Experience - A Valentine’s Day Treat ❤️‍🔥

Because connection starts in the body.

Denver is full of workout classes—but this is something different.

The Bad Bitch Intimacy Experience is a one-night-only BLOCK21 Fitness event that blends education, embodiment, and dance in a way you won’t find anywhere else in the city. It’s for people who are curious about their bodies, their relationships, and how movement can actually change the way they experience intimacy—solo and partnered.

We’re welcoming Krystyna Holland, DPT—a pelvic floor physical therapist, educator, and writer whose work centers intimacy, pleasure, and autonomy. Krystyna helps people reconnect with their bodies in ways that feel safe, empowered, and deeply human. Her trauma-informed, inclusive approach blends science, compassion, and real-world tools you can actually use—whether you’re navigating intimacy on your own or with a partner.

The evening begins with a 30-minute talk with Krystyna on how dance and movement can improve sex—both coupled and solo. You’ll learn how body awareness, breath, rhythm, and nervous-system regulation translate directly into better connection, communication, and sensation. It’s grounded, practical, and refreshingly real.

Then, we take it to the floor.

Allie will lead a 45-minute signature BLOCK21 class, designed to help everything you just learned live in your body. This is where insight becomes experience—where movement becomes a bridge between confidence, presence, and pleasure. If anything, a chance to shake ass and feel good.

This is one of those Denver nights you’ll be glad you showed up for.
Different. Smart. Fun. A little spicy.
